TICKETS
FOR RBS 6 NATIONS INTERNATIONALS 2008
I am now taking
requests for tickets for the forthcoming internationals. The
process is the same that I used during the 2007 series with
a deposit required for each ticket requested. The closing date
for applications is Saturday 12th January 2008.
The fixtures are
as follows:
England v Wales Saturday
2nd February 2008 ko 16:00
Wales v Scotland
Saturday 9th February 2008 ko 14:00
Wales v Italy Saturday
23rd February 2008 ko 15:00
Irelrand v Wales
Saturday 8th March 2008 ko 13:15
Wales v France Saturday
15th March 2007 ko 17:00
The arrangements
for requesting tickets are as follows.
Each request for
tickets must be accompanied by a deposit of £20 per ticket
request. Cheques should be made payable to “Clwb Rygbi
Caernarfon”
Multiple requests will be accepted however the deposit must
reflect the amount of tickets requested. i.e. a person requesting
three tickets must forward a £60 deposit.
In the event
that any fixture is oversubscribed, singleton applications will
be serviced first and if necessary a draw will take place. I
will then contact individuals to discuss either alternatives
or the refunding of their deposit. With this in mind it is vital
that up to date contact details are provided to allow me to
make contact with members do discuss possible alternatives.
Once the allocations have been confirmed the deposits will be
presented into the clubs account. The current plan is that all
members should know if they are successful in their applications
by 7th January, allowing sufficient time to arrange accommodation
transport etc etc.
I will accept
ticket requests via email; however the request must be followed
up with the required deposit.
Applications can
be dropped off in the grey box located by the bar in the clubhouse
or alternatively posted to my home address:
